内容提要：

We investigate the implementability of vector-valued reduced form allocation rules for general social choice problems. The approach is based on lifting and projection cones. Totally unimodular matrices are used to obtain a characterization of the projection cones. To illustrate our results, we provide an example of two-person three-alternative voting problem.
